Pros
Forward thinking, people focused, and employee owned. One of the best companies I have worked for. Most employees are proud of the company and what it stands for. Opportunities abound when expectations are realistic. Total compensation is in line with industry. Company continues to grow and provide exciting challenges. Company wants and strives for continuous improvement. Employee ownership unlike anything else!
Cons
Not much. If I were to have any opportunities it would be to work on consistent benefits across the company and move the IT user experience up on the priorities for change.
