Cons
Company seems great on paper… first impression is promising if you are a junior or optimist BUT people with experience will identify the problems sooner than later. A wannabe “corporate” environment that prevents employees from developing, discourages anyone showing interest in continuous learning (or at least anyone that is not favoured by management) and encourages office gossip/drama and lies. Management is missing basic characteristics like integrity, transparency, and honesty. There is special treatment and lack of internal organisation. Managerial positions are given to people with no proper education and zero experience that offer nothing valuable and act without initiative but only upon instruction. Questionable business tactics, reckless financial acts and countless disappointed customers sum up the company’s interests. This is a family run business no matter the public image they try to promote. And a badly run one.
