Steady workflow with great supervision and management. The pay for this job is great because it requires minimal effort outside of following directions.

Cons

The small working space is not my favorite when it comes to people coming to work sick.

Having things with a disabled person makes things go up and down makes things feel uneasy but tolerant.

I like being able to change my schedule. I like the pay. I like the people I work for and the people I work with. I like the evening shift being available, not only mornings.

Cons

I can't think of anything.
