They pay on time, they never missed paying us/payroll. COO is very fair and competent. Director of School is tough but listens well. Health Benefits. I like their model of education. They were very fair and good to me. I am leaving because I am moving back East. I don't want to leave but I need to get my own music going. Headed back to be near family. I would recommend this place. Fair wage for what it is.

There are a few negative people here but I guess that is everywhere you go. There is a guy from the old days they should get rid of, he is trouble. They finally cleaned out their accounting department which was filled with miserable people. The new accounting team is great. They should fire faster and hire slower. Lol.

As an outside consultant, I've worked with RRFC for many years. Their highest level inner core of management has always been extremely impressive. Elsewhere in the company, it seemed some had too much work to ever catch up and others were slacking off while making like they were working hard. Nothing I haven't seen in other clients who are growing and improving every day. In the last month some great measures to measure accountability have been put in place. I applaud the efforts.

I think in the past, some people were promoted when not merited by work product because they talked a good game. And some unsung heroes were overlooked as well. These days should be coming to an end soon.
