Pros
Seen big changes over the past year. Only getting better as far as people and direction of company. Cool environment with bosses that aren't breathing down your neck as long if you are a self-starter who doesn't need to be reminded a ton and are a natural hard worker like me. People are cool for the most part. The new office space is awesome.
Cons
Communication can be lacking at times so you got to be willing to ask for direction and help on things even if you get grief from coworkers which is what happened to me when I first started but I went over their heads and the managers liked that I took the effort, so worked out for me.
