A very relaxed environment, self directed and motivated employees thrive here, you dabble in a little bit of everything, great coworkers, generally fun environment, nice office.
Cons
you will always have a lot of work, you will end up doing someone else's job at least once, lack of communicate within and between certain teams, very little if any growth opportunities into higher level positions.
