      Good people that will be supportive and very professional. Very open to new ideas and feedbacks. Flexible schedule that helps if you are a student. Team rich in diversity

      Don't really have any cons, in my experience working with them I never had any complaints.

      Pros

      As I worked remotely, I did not feel too micro-monitored during work hours, in which I appreciated. The Founder cares about the performance and wellbeing of his employees. As of this review, the team at RecrutiForMe is small, and for a small team they value innovation and feedback with little sugarcoating.

      Cons

      I have occasionally experienced unexpected changes to projects and assigned work for the day.
