I am having a very good experience at Recruiter on Demand. The people are so supportive and amazing, we learn something new every day. There is no competition with each other and been in RPO but not feeling excluded from the main business is a key highlight for me. Our head of people Sharleen hold the organization together, the company values and cultures shine through her and she makes every effort to hear every single person and how she incorporates this in her managerial style is uplifting. RoD is a fully remote organization, and we are absorbed into various clients around the different sectors around the globe, I have grown so much in my time here and can see my future developments mapped out already. No problem is too big, no solution cant be sought and the opportunity to engage directly with our head is very well received

Not your traditional corporate organization and some people take advantage of good cultures. Good salary but the sales team needs to be more sales focused to get more clients so we can grow the company.
