My con is probably having meetings too often.

Scaled from 3-15 in the first year and launched an internship program. Tons of ownership for your work & projects, most companies would make you go through a 1-2 year process before you get the responsibilities we have here.

No cons.. but if you're not ready to grind, then this is not the company for you!
