A very agile and dynamic setup, which doesn't lose focus on the development of the individual even as the collectie aspiration remains fast paced growth. You get to expand your horizon and can get involved in multiple different discipline as long as you are willing to stretch and contribute. There's also a healthy space to deliberate and argue constructively because everyone's aligned with the high level objective.
