Pros
Rectrix facilities' and equipment is top notch. You rarely had to worry about equipment breaking down, and their facilities are some of the nicest in the industry. I enjoyed working with the customers as they were all interesting individuals with diverse backgrounds. 98% of the customers were extremely nice. The majority of my coworkers were also friendly, and I can honestly say that there are a lot of great individuals who work for Rectrix. We always received Christmas bonuses. The job can be enjoyable at times.
Cons
I will start this section off by saying that I wanted to love this company, but upper management hindered that. Rectrix has a substantial amount of turnover, in all departments, therefore my company outlook is poor. Everyone has their own individual reasons for leaving but when you offer no benefits (other than health insurance), no steady reviews or pay increases, false hopes, and little direction then people are going to leave. The morale is not good and many employees freely expressed their frustration when I worked there. What I found frustrating is that SOME individuals in upper management meant well, however their fear of the CEO hindered their ability to get the job done or do the right thing. Every single decision has to go through the CEO, and that bogs the operation down. Managers are simply a talking head for the CEO and really do not have much authority. Upper management can be downright condescending to it's employees. I have never seen such gross disrespect towards people until I worked here. You really have to cover your bases and save every email, because things can turn on you. You do not want to get comfortable.
