1. The company is being run by two inefficient ego centric leaders who have no capability to take rationale decisions. 2. They will try cutting small small part of your salary for petty things, same for reimbursements ( trying hard to save the detoriorating runway, atleast it looks like that) 3. Once you are in the co, leaving will be the most difficult part, you will be harassed and demeaned in every way possible way and will be given impossible tasks to be accomplished. Harassment will be to a level that you will require legal and medical help. 4. Forget your FnF without a fight (sometimes serious legal battles) 5. Management only values people coming from influential and affluent backgrounds. 6. No structure or progressions plans and also no real monetary growth, very minimal yoy hike that too majorly basis the relation with the management.
