Forward thinking, motivated and progressive company with direction. Great staff and management. A work environment that you can look forward to walking into each day if you're motivated to work. The owner and upper management maintain an expectation of excellence but always seemed to remain approachable and reasonable.

Not a good career choice for the lackadaisical or for someone just trying to fill a 40 hour work week for a paycheck. One might occasionally feel that their voice is not heard and the expectations are beyond what they feel is reasonable.

Boss is afraid of conflict

Low pay, high stress environment where you will be blamed for anything and everything that goes wrong. Extremely high turnover and lack of documented processes.
