jesus where to start. don’t be fooled in the interview when they say it’s competitive pay - you’ll be lucky to get above $20. This is an almost 30 year old company still trying to stand on its own 2 feet. They don’t know what they want from their employees except for them to make them more money. Boss constantly talks about his payroll woes when he as multiple high profile cars to his name. Boss yells, berates, and talks down to employees when they can not read his mind. Claims he can’t think for everyone - but will stutter his way through a 3 hour long monologue about how he could be doing your job and wouldn’t need to pay you for it. The turnover rate is a revolving door. Don’t get too attached to the coworkers who make each day bearable because Boss will scream and yell until they feel so belittled and worthless they have to go find pay elsewhere.
