Thank you for providing a comprehensive review. I understand that it’s difficult to work shifts, however, this is mainly driven by the nature of the job. We always try to accommodate employees as much as possible, for example some prefer to work late shifts, others early, and we try to allow for this when scheduling. There would always be at least 11 hours between shifts to rest and recover. I also take your point about negative news stories, again unfortunately this is something that cannot be avoided. We do have safeguards in place and encourage everyone to notify their manager if such stories affect them and they would rather work on something else. We make sure everyone completes a DSE assessment to ensure their workstations are properly set up, and if strains happen, we take them seriously and work with the employee and their doctor on how to remedy the problem. We conduct regular pay reviews and set our salary levels in line with the market.
