They truly care about the team, are very supportive, and never fail to reward and recognize hard work. Work-life balance is truly embraced. They not only encourage us, but also provide us the support needed to set and reach goals. Client interaction is one of the best things about working here because you really do have the ability to help and serve people and know that you are making a difference. The ability to work remote as needed is super helpful also.
Cons
Can't think of any cons to working at Adam Shay CPA. Obviously any tax job has its peak seasons, but the firm does everything possible to make even busy season manageable.
