      Pros

      Nothing at all, over worked, poor leadership, revolving door of employees globally. I watched in 2 years 15 people come and go, really! For a team of less then 100 people that's too much.

      Cons- I got coned in working is this dump! CEO has no clue what he is doing, the person above me must be delusional.

      Pros

      Decent salary and commission plan. The core platform is reliable. However, the QM /WFO functionality has to be developed further for a mainstream contact center.

      Cons

      My position was misrepresented during the interview process. Additionally, alleged reseller agreements, pricing, territory , ramp time and annual quota were completely different than what was agreed upon. Please be honest with your new hires!!!
