Pros
Despite being 30 years old Red Box really feels like a tech start-up: lots of new hires and new product innovation. The owners brought in a new CEO a couple of years ago and in turn he has brought in a new leadership team, so lots of changes but all for the better.
Cons
I read the negative reviews on this website before joining Red Box 9 months ago, and in the end I discounted most of them because they seemed to represent the personal opinion of a few disgruntled individuals. Every company has growing pains during transition, and if you're averse to change then this probably isn't the place for you, but if you have good ideas you can air them here and really make a change.
