Pros
A great company, with some decent little perks, and a competitive salary. My team was minus a single bad egg, everyone went over and above to make Red Box life a pleasure. Couldn't have asked for a better line manager, PMs were great too. Product (Quantify) is versatile and quite capable, if a little quirky, when you are used to the more mainstream recording platforms commonly used in the big financials.
Cons
No major drawbacks to be honest. A few niggles with software and integrations, where flagged features are ignored at repeated new releases. Can be dropped into very long days with little to no notice when on site (Line manager/PMs would always sort a little benefit to counter though)
