Toxic workplace culture, no OT pay but you are assumed to do more works with less headcount per department. Gossips a lot between different departments. Old fashioned and conservative way of managing and operating style. Don't expect to learn extra things, they don't even want to accept your creative and innovative suggestions and ideas. Underpaid with high volume of workload. If you wish to climb corporate ladder in commercials, don't join this company as they don't really appreciate your work.
