      I had the opportunity to join the RB team and support tens of enterprise companies with their DDoS Protection.

      Cons

      Relatively low salary and not much place to advance inside the company.

      Pros

      They try to screen and recruit above-average employees, which in turn results in above-average work colleagues (a good thing). The company is small, and thus the interactions with any employee, including the CEO, are daily. Many opportunities to learn and develop.

      Cons

      Salary is ok minus, benefits are limited.
