Pros
I can't say I have any.
Cons
After going through a grueling number of interviews, Red Canary hired myself and another individual for the position I was interviewing for. It was always going to be them over me. I left a comfortable job (and took a pay cut!) to work for the company. During my tenure, I felt unwelcome as by the team, my ideas were dismissed, and my work was overlooked. I was rarely able to take part in the professional activities the job description tantalized me with. They sold me a bill of goods. I was laid off 4 months after accepting the position in a manner that was both shady and impersonal. Oh, and lest I forget, last quarter they essentially told us we were safe from layoffs, so... They also pride themselves on prioritizing diversity but consistently onboard white men - they don't actually care about D&I! And don't even get me started on the culture; it's pretentious and male-dominated. Good luck to those who do not conform to the personality of the co-founders and early employees.
