Working at Red Cedar has been a deeply disappointing experience from day one. The leadership inside the company and the partner company are a prime example of a toxic work environment that permeates every aspect of daily operations. From the outset, it was clear that the management was disorganized and unresponsive to employee concerns. The HR department is ineffective, failing to address issues promptly or adequately. Their lack of action contributes to an atmosphere where problems fester and morale sinks to an all-time low. The partnership with the partner company Harmonia only exacerbates these problems, as the toxicity spreads beyond the immediate workplace. Moreover, the overall management is abysmal, setting unrealistic goals and failing to provide the necessary resources for success. Employees are set up for failure from day one, with little support or guidance offered. Imagine showing up for your first day and nobody is in the office. Be prepared to set up your own laptop. Be prepared to be told to have a recording software on your laptop to capture inappropriate language during meetings with the partner company. It's incredibly disheartening to see talented colleagues leave due to the mismanagement and toxic culture perpetuated by the company. In conclusion, unless significant changes are made to address these fundamental issues, I cannot recommend Red Cedar Consultancy as a place of employment. Prospective employees deserve fair treatment, respect, and a supportive work environment, none of which are currently offered here.
