Pros
-Company is still in its infancy and growing very quickly, so employees who join now are likely to become "important people" down the road. -Really friendly coworkers. Excellent work environment. -Hard work is not overlooked. -Dog jokes and dog puns abound.
Cons
-Commute isn't ideal if you live in the city. -The logistics industry has a steep learning curve, and new employees are given a lot of responsibility relatively quickly. This can leave some feeling overwhelmed at first.
