Pros

Co-workers are amazing, hard-working, and enjoyable to work with. Helping provide for farmers is an incredible service. Being on a rebuild is a rewarding accomplishment. The company has potential, if upper level management (ULM) would become leaders and not micro-managers. Significant changes are needed.

Cons

My decision to leave was based on upper level management (ULM) lack of care and disconnect with general employees and their needs. Inability to allow capable people to perform their jobs efficiently by hamstringing them through delayed answers and excuses. ULM does not listen to constructive feedback and disregards it as offensive and unproductive. Poor communication, limited collaboration, bulldozing, intimidation, gaslighting, and personnel moves that damage overall group morale was beyond frustrating. If you're a confident and experienced worker, you will find this controlling environment very frustrating. Be aware you will work various roles, OT is expected Winter/Spring - no question - including weekends. NEVER a snow day off. No phone stipend and most employees (especially warehouse) are expected to use their personal phone heavily.
