Pros
Nice offices and social events, some big clients
Cons
Leadership has an inflated sense of superiority and needs to come back down to Earth. Promotions are made on the basis of popularity rather than talent and senior staff are incapable of pushing back on overly demanding clients, even when the obscene overservicing doesn't make business sense. A significant portion of staff are constantly in the office past 9PM, while simultaneously being told it's their fault for not managing their time properly. There are multiple anecdotes of staff being led-on with the promise of a promotion which never comes. The pay is woeful compared to other agencies. Not to mention, there have been multiple instances of inappropriate and sexist behaviour from the leadership team, and the use of unpaid interns for a government project was appalling.
