Lack of respect from board - Anonymous employee Red Letter Days Employee Review

The board have become sexist and making mostly female only redundancies. This has been an ongoing pattern ever since moonpig took over and got rid of a talented and hard working brand team, then dedicated customer service agents (mostly women) were made redundant, now we are seeing the same again where a new round of redundancies are targeting female held positions. Such a shame as this was once a very special place to work
