Pros

Great company to have on your resume.

Cons

Don't anticipate having a life outside of work, because you will be working around the clock. If you are looking for a company where you can consistently learn and grow while feeling you are a valued employee, Red Light is NOT the place to be. Higher management takes advantage of all day-to-day and digital management support, giving little to zero respect to employees. Expected to work 20+ hour days plus weekends, without proper compensation.

Pros

Artist managers truly work together to be resources for each other across the multiple international offices. Nashville is one of the larger offices with more shared services available to clients and management teams. Most management teams operate as boutique businesses within the greater structure, but the shared umbrella does create good culture and a sense of community. Great opportunities for young professionals wanting to start out in management as assistant, coordinator, and temp jobs are often available. Senior management makes great effort to retain employees and aid in role changes within the company when opportunities are available.

Cons

Shared services take a little navigating for use and marketing teams often are stretched between assigned rosters, but all shared service team members work hard and care deeply about their clients' success.
