Having worked for several publicly traded companies prior to joining Red Nucleus I am blown away by the quality of work, the 'can do' attitude of my colleagues and the company culture. This attitude comes from the top down. Our CEO Ian Kelly is extremely employee focused and regularly takes it upon himself to cook the burgers for a company picnic or bring in dozens of pastries for 'muffins with mom' to recognize all the working mothers. This is a company that has mastered the 'work hard, play hard' philosophy and continues to keep clients delighted, keep revenue growth AND employee satisfaction high.
