Pros

Flexible work, excellent benefits, and a great office.

Cons

If you are in a billable role, the only thing that matters to the team is hitting a certain percentage of billable time. Thus, training opportunities are scarce and you constantly need to make yourself available to others in order to hit a certain threshold. Also, the nature of flexibility at work is a double-edged sword - while it is nice to be able to take an hour off to go to a doctor's appointment or pick up your kids from school, you'll need to work off that time at night and rarely does that mean only hitting your minimum work hours for the week. Frequently, there are meetings during lunchtime and most people don't even take off that time, so rather than the environment feeling "flexible," it feels more like you constantly need to be working.

Pros

Remote Work and some of the clients are good.

Cons

You must be connected to succeed. Constant berating, never good enough - it is the RN way or no way - we expected this and you didn't do it so you must be a failure. And it is just getting worse. It used to be a better place now it is just miserable - everyone is miserable, but they all pretend it is a great place to work instead of asking management to do something about the horrible conditions. It is worse than Artful Dodger.
