Pros
Good place to work for someone looking for opportunity. Company seems to be growing fast again and has strong new investors backing them. Day to day is fine - busy workload of an agency. Communication has improved across the company.
Cons
(Mostly) everyone is billable. Agency life can be hard work. New leadership needs to do a better job of communicating the vision and goals for the company. If they can nail that in the short term, would be a huge help.
