Thank you for your response, I would like to state that Red Payments pays all of their employees weekly. Pay checks, in the past, were distributed at the end of the work day to ensure that telemarketers remained focused. Currently, we are paperless and compensate via direct deposit. The Employee Code of Conduct put in place remains the same for the entire company, it is not specific to our telemarketing department. The quality of our staff is vibrant with individuals stemming from many different backgrounds. We encourage diversity, and look to employ individuals with a strong work ethic. Our Directors oversee their specific departments, whilst frequently working together to accomplish a common goal of company.
