Pros
Great company and project to be a part of. The company is mature, challenging and good place to grow personally and professionally. We have all hands every month where we are told the current status of the company, the goals for the next 3 y. and how we are advancing on our projects and priorities. This is great, too much numbers but it's much appreciated and gives you a more clear understanding of the business, which can always be useful. I'd say managers overall are quite young but you always feel taking care of and that you can go to them with anything. My current role is evolving and my ideas are being taking into consideration.
Cons
It can feel hectic and super quick environment. Plans change and you have to quickly adapt, which can be really frustrating but it's part of it's charm... I'd like more activities like team buildings and to be able to meet with people from other departments I don't necessarily work directly with. Not just to have fun and meet people but because I think interesting synergies could come from that.
