Easy to get guidance and information from leadership and other departments if you are proactive. Great marketing and sales collateral. Company appears and is professional, yet laid back. Great training and support. Opportunity for lateral movement.
Cons
Product targets a niche market. If the company wants to continue to grow they need to consider additional areas of expansion. Company struggles to capture enterprise clients and has better success with mid and small market. This is not necessarily a deterrent, just something to watch as the company grows. Prioritization seems to be very pulled towards the HQ office in Spain with less attention paid elsewhere.
