Cons

The company suffers from a highly stressful and unprofessional work environment. It is consistently understaffed, resulting in employees being overloaded with work and expected to handle unrealistic workloads without adequate support. Management appears to prioritize cost-cutting over employee well-being, with little appreciation shown for hard work, dedication, or extra effort. Instead of recognizing achievements, there is a strong focus on finding faults, often based on subjective opinions rather than fair performance evaluations. Salary deductions and warning emails are common, creating a culture of fear rather than motivation. Employees are often underpaid compared to the amount of work and responsibility expected from them, and promises regarding growth, increments, or rewards rarely materialize. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent, and there is little empathy shown towards employees facing personal challenges or those who choose to resign. During notice periods, employees may face increased pressure and guilt-tripping, making an already difficult transition even more stressful. Overall, the workplace culture feels exploitative, lacks professionalism, and does not foster employee growth, respect, or long-term retention.

Pros

Office is near to metro

Cons

The management is extremely unprofessional, money focused and often behaves in an arrogant way, without respect towards employees. Staff are given too much work because the company is always understaffed, but salaries are low with no proper increments or bonuses, only promises. Even small mistakes are sometimes used as a reason to cut or hold salaries. There is very little work-life balance here. Employee personal emergencies are not really considered, and even during sickness, people feel forced to continue working. Management often speaks to employees in a disrespectful way and focuses more on clients and revenue generation not employee well being. Junior employees are given heavy workloads and expected to manage interns without proper training or support. There is not much learning or growth opportunity.
