The structure - there is a lack of it, but really, that's what I'm working on within the company. I think once we get some additional processes in place and structure for the sales teams in place, Red River will soar!
I wish that the insurance was a bit cheaper and I do wish that they offered more in the way of family planning, such as supplemental insurance for it like Carrot, as many people are struggling or people that are in same-sex relationships who need this support have to pay out a lot for it.
I also wish there was maternity/paternity leave, FMLA is one thing but most tech companies are offering company-paid 16 - 23 weeks (or more) and Red River doesn't offer anything but up to 5 weeks if you do not qualify for FMLA. If we are going to say that we support people with children, we need to provide more leave until the US gets in line with the rest of the world.
