      Pros

      The culture of the company is by far the best I have ever been in. My team is awesome and I have not met a person yet that is "hard" to work with. My boss is very involved and I have been told how appreciative they are of (specifically) my work from various levels of management. That's one of the best things about Red River, so far. My thoughts and ideas are well received and I have been given a number of resources for my professional development. I also love how devoted they are to philanthropic pursuits.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but the company is growing very quickly, so much so that there are often times we're all (and I do mean all) are playing catch-up and trying to reorganize in order to achieve scalability. They are definitely getting tools in place to assist and the benefit package and unlimited PTO encourages work/life balance.

      Pros

      Awesome management, excellent work life balance and high expectations. Absolutely LOVED my role here, my team and my boss. They expect a lot and will treat you right if you are a hard worker and honest employee.

      Cons

      I resigned after a change in CSuite leadership (CEO, President of our Department etc), and other layoffs I felt changes were coming and wanted to get ahead of those. I resigned however loved working for Red River and would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself. True professionals.

      Remote work days ok health insurance good dental HSA and FSA options advancement opportunities fair pay

      Cons

      handling phone calls from multiple client companies limited PTO forced expectations to complete certificates typically an unrealistic expectation amount in a year Lack of a work life balance advancement opportunities limited for anyone remote and not able to commute to the Virginia office
