Pros
None from my experience. If I could go back two weeks and not apply I would.
Cons
Multi level marketing business model where only the top of the food chain is getting fed. You get paid only if your team sells. It is all commission, contract 1099 position, with no real health benefits. Living in Seattle is expensive. There is no way I was comfortable leaving the fate of my paycheck to someone else's performance. The company constantly tries to sell you on the dream, just as another reviewer said, and yes it is very true. Everyday they pack you in a room for a dispatch meeting where they drill in your head ways on how to make more sales, how to react with different customer objections. It's mostly door to door sales. My first week I worked from 11am to almost 11:30 at night. I weighed out the pros and cons and there was no competition. Cons won! Be aware that Red will work you to the bone. In the two weeks that I stretched it out here I also notice they hire a lot. The turnover rate is very high and I was able to see why.
