Pros
Good managers at the lower level. Co-workers are friendly and willing to help one another. Good technology. Everyone is very supportive
Cons
There has been a lot of change in upper management within the last year or 2 and everything has gone down hill since. Most of upper management could be classified as a sociopath especially the CEO Bob Burns. He and his direct reports have no problem breaking appraisal law, including preventing appraisers from getting work who don't meet values on home appraisals. They get away with it by not documenting it so auditors never find it. RSRS used to be a company that cared about its employees, appraisers, and customers. This is no longer the case. There was a manager who pushed back against these law breaking behaviors and now that person's position no longer exists and they are out of work. Do not work for this company as long as Bob is the CEO. It maked me wonder if the corruption ends with Bob or goes all the way up to its parent company, U.S. Bank, N.A.
