Pros

Great support system from members of the team and management Great clients to work with and diverse roles to work on and learn from Working autonomously - you are left to your own devices but always supported when needed Working culture is great - management take into account work/life balance and diversity

Cons

If you are shy of hard-work, this isn't the place! Everyday is busy, full and you feel like at the end of the day you have achieved a lot not only with your team but for the clients too. It can be tough to juggle different projects, so hard-work is key but at least it was not boring and days flew by!!

Pros

It's a small organisation so you always have that personal touch and all consultants know their clients. We make sure we tailor the projects and deliver within a short time! There is no hierarchy as such, so you feel a lot of support from the management and, most importantly, have your autonomy to work on own projects. We attend events and contribute to charity projects, I absolutely love our going-out eves to mix with the local business community. Also, the management is open to new ideas!

Cons

Sometimes days might be overwhelming, however, the other days are running smooth. It's not a corporate structure, so for some people it might be way too different to work independently on own projects, rather than having tasks to complete. You have to be creative and fast!

Pros

- small and friendly team (my colleagues from RSI became my best friends for life) - great place to learn different skills as you have broad range of responsibilities (research, negotiation, cold-calling, team-work, interviewing people, business development etc.) - beautiful office - team-building activities and parties :) - you can always discuss your ideas with the Founder and take charge of your own projects

Cons

- target-driven job, so if you cannot meet your targets for any reason (even if it did not depend on you) the management will not be happy (but will always try to see what they can do to help you improve, which is important!) - some clients can be extremely needy and difficult to deal with, but this is part of the job
