The pace can be intense at times but it’s also what makes the work exciting. Processes are still evolving as the company scales, so adaptability is key.

My opinion is taken seriously. Am given flexible dates and timing to work. Don’t have to travel more than once a week to office. Most of my friends travel 2 hours a day every day coming and going from work. Excellent opportunities provided to learn from senior leaders and CEO personally is always helpful and appreciates the hard work employees put in. Very open in sharing ideas and always asks for inputs and feedback. Employees who do well get quick recognition and promotions. Very customer focused company

Cons

Few senior leaders one sales leader in mumbai and one regional servicing leader who are not performing try and spoil the environment. The whole company knowsthey are looking for job but not getting it. Till then they should be not allowed to interact with anyone as they don’t want the company to succeed and are lazy to work Ina startup so keep spreading false information to other employees
