Pros
Salary without fail. Very good teams to work with. And helpful /skilled colleagues. Best place for learning . A place where one can learn the work. Flexible work hours (depends on manager). Beginners can learn more things and get best knowledge.
Cons
Some Leaders are unwilling to hear other people's opinions and some lady leaders are very rude and make unnecessary arguments and not trying to understand the team members. HR is very partial and sometimes very harsh. Admin department is not taking initiative for introducing any new Employee benefits. Management getting worse by the year. Your Manager /HR and his/her connections will decide your fate in the company and not your skills. Micro Management and HR/ Management Politics.
