Easy Job Good Money - Server RedFarm Employee Review

Laid back environment for a restaurant. Uniform was t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. Fast paced, good food and mostly the customers were great. Managers worked with your schedule. Good money.

Had to carry heavy boxes.

Corporate insurance benefits. Nothing else.

Management team never seemed to have gotten a grip, never on the same page about anything and take it out on others when they mess up. No plan for anything, always reactive bc they never know what’s going on. 4$/hr but will act like you owe them your life for being employed. Have zero respect for their employees or their time and are surprised when they receive the same treatment. Multiple instances of missing money from the tip pool with no explanation or follow up from management and very shady math with the way they have a 3% tip out to “the house” and take credit card charges out of YOUR TIP. Senior manager loves to “take tables” and pockets cash tips. Instead of confronting any of their problems they silence people and threaten to fire them.
