Pros
There is a lot to like about this company. Good work/life balance, solid pay if you perform, nice offices, management training, and a lot of growth opportunities. Management is also very helpful and corporate really cares about the outside offices' success.
Cons
No health benefits at the time I was there. There also were minimal amounts of sales tools (no email/text marketing or inbound sales).
