Pros

Really great clients and interesting opportunities to get involved with new biz.

Cons

RLYL struggles with serious organizational challenges, including high turnover and frequent layoffs. Talented employees often move on to better opportunities due to a lack of recognition and support from leadership. The company culture — especially in the U.S. office — is weak, and shifting expectations make it difficult for employees to feel valued or motivated.

Pros

I honed my PR skills during my time at the lorries and wouldn't be where I am today without this experience. The team is great, and there is a high level of trust and autonomy from leadership to run with ideas and experiment. You'll get exposure to clients and meaningful responsibility earlier than you'd get at other agencies.

Cons

Long-term agency vision and strategic differentiation could be more clearly articulated. Structured professional development could be enhanced, though there is still much learning through doing. Compensation is not the strongest, but remains competitive. This is an agency that's best suited for those who are proactive and comfortable building structure themselves.

Pros

Great clients, amazing digital/content teams

Cons

Executives rewarded for incompetence, little to no company culture, lower staff doing 90% of day to day work, often given false information or made promises that never happen or are changed shortly after.
