The team is great, and there is a high level of trust and autonomy from leadership to run with ideas and experiment. You'll get exposure to clients and meaningful responsibility earlier than you'd get at other agencies.

Long-term agency vision and strategic differentiation could be more clearly articulated. Structured professional development could be enhanced, though there is still much learning through doing. Compensation is not the strongest, but remains competitive. This is an agency that's best suited for those who are proactive and comfortable building structure themselves.

Executives rewarded for incompetence, little to no company culture, lower staff doing 90% of day to day work, often given false information or made promises that never happen or are changed shortly after.
