Pros

Great colleagues and everyone tries their hardest.

Cons

Think of the show "mad men," now think of all the problematic things that happened in "mad men" and you have RedPeg. Truly a callback to the 60s and I mean that in a bad way.

Pros

I enjoyed majority of my colleagues

Cons

This is a warning for anyone considering working here. Run away from this place as quickly as you can. My time at RedPeg was cut short due to an unexpected layoff. I was completely blindsided at a very vulnerable moment in my personal life (which RedPeg was fully aware of), and I was thrust into an extremely tough situation. Since that time, I've seen NUMEROUS layoffs at RedPeg. It feels like every six months, I log into LinkedIn and see a former colleague posting the #Opentowork layoff announcement. It's sad that this has become normal, but I'm tired of seeing it. I was hesitant about posting on glassdoor, but after seeing dozens of former colleagues (and friends) get laid off, I’m not going to stay silent any longer. RedPeg is run by the same small group of leaders who have been there for years and continue to get promoted and make more money. If you’re thinking about joining this terrible organization or are currently interviewing, save yourself and your health and stay away. One last thing—when I was laid off, I received only ONE call from anyone in a "leadership" role. After that, I was left completely on my own. I promise you, RedPeg does not care about you and is not worth your time. I hope this helps you avoid wasting your energy on this place.
