Pros

Culture - It sometimes said as a cliche, but it's really the people who you work with which makes coming to work a more enjoyable experience. RedPixie has some of the best colleagues I've had & also the best technical people I've worked with. Opened Minded - Compared to previous places I've worked, where you complete one specific function within a company. Working at RedPixie gives you the opportunity to bring forth new ideas which aren't just a footnoted from a meeting. They give you the platform to try new things with no real hinderance. Challenging - At times, you'll be thrown into the deep end of a project which can sometimes feel daunting, but it's those situation which demonstrate you know a lot more than you think.

Cons

My biggest gripe was commuting. Relocating the office for my benefit wasn't really an option. At times I did have question marks about progression, but as long as your work speaks for you, you never have to really worry about it.

Pros

RedPixie is a fantastic place to work - the people are open, fun and at the top of their game. The management team have struck a great balance of fostering an environment that enables all employees to do their best work and really innovate with Azure hybrid cloud solutions. Joining RedPixie was a really easy decision for me - it was clear from the off that i would have the opportunity to work with amazingly talented people who were incredibly passionate about what they did. Leaving was a really tough decision, one that was made based on a change of career - if i had stayed in IT, i would not have left.

Cons

In the time i was at Redpixie i couldn't see areas that were not being worked on to improve its business.
