      Pros

      They are willing to pay you for overtime and occasionally throw a party for the staff

      Cons

      They pay so little in all roles aside from upper management IE lead engineer you would be better off working at McDonald's even with the mandatory OT they force on you. This point is about all positions not just mine. All technician roles entry level-data center tech 3 are underpaid by at minimum 10$ an hour. Those were people i oversaw and felt aweful for.

      Pros

      The manager is remote and basically only cares if you check in every morning and night. That's all they were good for.

      Cons

      The manager will offload your coworkers holidays and days off requests to you. They will ask you to take servers off site to a local FedEx if they don't ship it in time. They will pay new hires with 5 year gaps in their experience more than you.
