      Great People to Work with. Single, Double, and Triple bonuses are occasionally offered to those who pick up extra hours. The DON is amazing.

      Pros

      They are a large skilled nursing facility with a heart for individual needs. They strive to be a leader in the industry and have excellent programs and benefits.

      Cons

      They have high turnover in the nursing department and thus struggle to maintain consistent staffing which would add so much to their resident satisfaction.
