Pros
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I just started and from the very first day I never felt like I was in the way or like my questions were hindering other people from getting their work done. Everyone is willing to drop what they’re doing and help you figure things out and they don’t make you feel bad about it. At my last job, I had the exact opposite experience. It was horrible. I knew I’d understand everything eventually, I just needed more help in the beginning. Here, you don’t have to feel bad about coming in and not immediately knowing everything. They don’t place those kinds of unrealistic expectations on you.
Cons
I can’t think of anything, but I also haven’t been here that long. I’m sure over time there’ll be downsides to working for Redbock that I start to notice. But I have to say it’s a pretty good sign that they’re not immediately apparent in the first few weeks and months, that’s usually a red flag that a job isn’t worth sticking around for long-term.
